One of the things that I find most distressing about Fukushima is that I have to sift through the information that is available and try to work out what is true.
The video below does give a pretty clear picture of what has happened. At least one, but probably three of the nuclear cores have melted through the bottom of the reactors and are headed down into the ground water table. Other scientists say that beneath Fukushima are molten larva flows and that when the cores hit this or the water table, the explosions will be horrendous. Enough too create an earth quake and create a devastating tsunami.
Now that spring is here for most of us it is easier to be outside and enjoy nature. I am visiting friends in Southern Iowa. There is still a nip in the air but the sky is blue, the fruit tree blossoms are out, all kinds of birds are calling out. I can hear cardinals, blue jays, morning doves, robins, geese and a host of other birds. It amazes me that the earth can be so beautiful, that she just keeps on giving.
I hope that spring will encourage you to be outside and enjoy nature. Then when your heart is full of veneration let your love descend into the wound that we have created in the earth at Fukushima. Let this love and blessing spread into the Pacific Ocean to heal her and all her life.
